With Liverpool being utterly dominant in this fixture, it’s a surprise to see that West Brom ran out 5-0 winners in the inaugural meeting between the sides. It didn’t take the Merseysiders long to turn the tables however, winning 4-0 just a few months later.Since then we’ve seen some famous wins for both sides, but in the Premier League era it’s all about Liverpool. The Baggies’ win in 2011 was their first in this fixture since 1981.
