While Everton are ever-present figures in the top-flight since 1954, Leicester City have been in and out of the Premier League, even dropping down to the third tier of English football in 2008. Despite this, the teams have a fairly even record in the league when they’ve come up against each other.Though Everton have the history and pedigree with nine League titles, Leicester have been the stronger of the two teams recently, never more so than when claiming their unforgettable 2015/16 Premier League crown – their first and only top-division title.
