Hearts versus Hibernian. This is one of the fiercest rivalries in Scottish Football, pitting the two biggest clubs from Edinburgh against each other. It’s also one of the oldest Football rivalries in the world. Their first meeting was on Christmas Day in 1875 and it was The Jam Tarts who clinched a 1-0 win. Since then, they’ve played against each other many times. In 1896 and 2012, they locked horns in the Scottish Cup Final. Sadly for Hibs, they lost both matches.
