Barrow AFC

Barrow AFC

Playing their football out of Cumbria, Barrow A.F.C have spent much of their history playing non-league football. Founded in 1901, club colours are blue and white and their nickname is ‘The Bluebirds’. Interestingly, the club crest is based on the Barrow-in-Furness coat of arms and features a submarine which represents the town’s shipbuilding history, a red rose symbolising Lancashire, and a football.
