Levante
Based in the major Spanish city of Valencia, Levante UD make up part of the city’s footballing heritage. Founded in 1909, the club shares a fierce rivalry with its neighbours Valencia CF. Nicknamed ‘Granotas’ (The Frogs), the club gets its name due to their old ground being located next to a river bed with – yep, you’ve guessed it – a large number of frogs.
