Overview

It was in 1999 when these two franchises first did battle on the ice. The Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Winnipeg Jets 4-0 in the initial encounter at the Scotiabank Arena. Since then, the Leafs have maintained a lead in the head-to-head. They even won eight games in a row between 2003-2006 and secured a 9-1 victory in 2005. But the Jets have had their moments too, including a run of eight wins in nine between 2013-2016.
