There’s been little to split these two franchises down the years. It was the St. Louis Blues who enjoyed the better start to the rivalry. They won each of the first five meetings between the two and put together a seven-game winning streak between 2013-2015. But the Winnipeg Jets have produced the goods at times too – they won six games in a row between 2016-2017. The pair faced off for the first time in the Stanley Cup play-offs in 2019. They met in the Western Conference First Round and the Blues won the series 4-2. They went on to win the Stanley Cup that year.
