The Philadelphia Flyers were founded in 1967 as part of the NHL expansion. Playing in their famous orange, black, and white jerseys, The Flyers became the first expansion team to win the Stanley Cup when they lifted the trophy in 1974. They went on to make it back-to-back titles in 1975, with both triumphs coming under iconic head coach Fred Shero. Since 1996, the franchise has played home games at the Wells Fargo Center.
