Kansas City Royals
Established as an expansion franchise in 1969, the Kansas City Royals are a member club of the American League Central Division. They initially played at Municipal Stadium before moving to Kauffman Stadium in 1973. The Blue Crew enjoyed plenty of early success and in 1985 won their first World Series, defeating the St. Louis Cardinals 4-3. However, they then endured a 30-year drought before finally clinching their second World Series in 2015.
